Now I won’t lie, Jimmy and Ellise’s South Coast wedding was a while ago, as in a few years ago! I realised though I never posted it on here and it’s definitely worthy of it. Still to this day, all those weddings later, it was one of the funnest I have been a part of.
These two lovers decided to have their wedding on the stunning NSW South Coast, with the ceremony to take place on a beach front property in Coledale. Then move onto Scarborough Pub for the reception and to party the night away.
A curveball got thrown right before the ceremony with a surprise storm rolling in just minutes before the ceremony. So the small gathering crammed inside for a very cosy, but still awesome ceremony. And of course, as soon as the ceremony finished the rain stopped, which was good so then we could venture out for photos!
We scrambled around the rocks out the front of the house and balanced along the ocean pool to get some snaps. Then to totally mix things up we venturing to some nearby bush that had recently been burnt in a fire, but provided the most stunning backdrop for their photos. I could have taken photos of these two for hours. So chill and calm, full of love and snuggles, and their bridal party was an epic bunch of ratbags that had me in stitches the whole time! But the photos had to come to an end and the crazy fun times were about to kick off.
The reception was much bigger than the ceremony (which was only immediate family), with the cosy intimate group being greatly expanded to over 100 friends and family ready to party and party hard…and party hard is what they did and they did it damn well!
