Palm Beach Wedding – Becca & Andy

After I met these this English duo months before their wedding and they told me all about the plans for the big day, I knew it was going to be one to remember. Ditching their homeland of England to get married in their new home Australia was always their plan, and with Becca being a huge Home & Away fan, Palm beach aka Summer Bay was a no brainer for their wedding. I have done a few Palm Beach weddings, and this one didn’t disappoint.

The lads chilled in the morning with a few beers while sitting about with the surfing on in the background. It was no surprise these guys would be that chilled. As the guys got ready it showed me even more that their day was going to be awesome. Attention to detail is definitely one of Becca and Andys strong points. The guys had some fruity socks, their outfits were stylish and the groomsmen gifts were on point.

Over at the girls house wasn’t much different with a relaxed and chilled vibe. After a slight hiccup during the week of their original getting ready property becoming unavailable, they were given an upgrade and what an upgrade it was. Becca got her make up and hair done overlooking the stunning Whale Beach. While the rest of the family enjoyed the beautiful house and had a few laughs as they all got dressed up ready for the big moment.

As Becca arrived at the Bible Gardens, the skies lifted and for the first time in days the sun shone. Surround by all their nearest and dearest from all over the globe, these two got married in a beautiful ceremony. Laughs, tears and a serious amount of confetti made it one to remember.

For bridal photos we ventured around Whale Beach and Palm Beach. The amazing thing about the area is the insane amounts of beautiful landscape for photos. We clambered over rocks, jumped into some bushes and walked along the beach front. I could of taken photos of these two for hours as the love they had for each other was clearly visible and beautiful.

The reception followed much the same vibe as the rest of the day, chilled and fun. They chose Dunes at Palm beach for the reception and it was a great choice. The venue looked beautiful, the food was amazing and it was all round awesome. The speeches we great including a game of heads and tails about the couple, the polaroid station was entertaining and the band choice was great. These guys threw one hell of a wedding and I’m so stoked I could be part of it. Thanks so much Becca and Andy for letting me share in your memorable Palm Beach Wedding with you.
