New York Wedding – Christine & Ben

Since I started wedding photography, I always dreamed of doing a New York Wedding. I fell in love with the city on my first trip there and I knew one day I had to shoot a wedding there. And that day finally came! Not only did I get my dream New York wedding, but it was for a long time great find of mine Christine who I grew up with since I was 12. Her and Ben had been living in New York for a couple of years and they wanted to tie the know in the big apple!

Getting on the plane I was so excited! The time had finally come. I landed in New York and it was late but I was so excited I decided to go exploring and check out where everything was happening. This little explore got me even more pumped.

The ceremony took place in Central Park with an intimate group of friends and family and after their I do’s the fun was about to start. We wandered around Central Park snapping away like crazy in some less popular spots and of course some of the well known spots. Next up was the spot I was very, very excited for, Time’s Square. The chaos and crowds were going to be a challenge but would also provide some fun and truly unique photos.

The photos around Times Square were just that, challenging, crazy but so much fun and they turned out epic. We took on the crowds, may have help up traffic a couple if times but we had so much fun in the process!

Last stop on the photo taking tour was down in Brooklyn to shoot at some more iconic spots. These two sure know how to work the camera and we got some great photos that really showed off New York and these guys love.

With the photo part done, it was time to kick on and party. Their reception was held at a private apartment with a huge roof top terrace that overlooked that stunning New York skyline. Amazing food and delicious drinks flowed freely through the whole night and they even had an artist there drawing characters of the guests. Tunes plays and people danced, and it all finished off with an epic donut wall!

This wedding was a dream come true. I couldn’t of had a better time in New York celebrating with these two and falling in love with this city even more!
